A scissor lift is a type of mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) designed to lift personnel, tools, and materials vertically to perform tasks at height safely and efficiently. Using a crisscrossing support mechanism, or “scissor,” the platform moves straight up and down, providing a stable and secure alternative to ladders or scaffolding.
Scissor lifts are widely used across industries such as construction, industrial maintenance, warehouses, HVAC, and MEP works. Many models feature an extension deck, offering limited horizontal reach for added flexibility on the job site.
At EHS Global Access Equipments, we provide two main types of scissor lifts, each suited for specific environments and applications:
Ideal for indoor applications, electric scissor lifts have low ground clearance and are perfect for smooth surfaces like concrete floors.
Best suited for:
Available Range: 8m to 16m
Built for outdoor use and challenging surfaces, diesel scissor lifts are designed to travel over rough terrain to reach work areas with ease.
Available Range: 14m to 18m
